Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of all services. If book an appointment for the same day, please notice us at least two hours in advance.

Free customer parking

Our parking space is located off the first laneway on the north side of Erskine Ave, across the street from Starbucks beside the food market. Drive almost to the end of the driveway and look for the purple and white sign on the right side of the lot that says Lavender Day Spa. Please park right in front of our sign.
