Cancellation Policy:

To hold your appointment, we need your Credit Card information  to put you on priority.Your card will NOT be charged until your spa session is completed. Credit Card details are not stored and will be deleted as soon as the request is completed.

We require at least 24 hours notice in advance for the cancellation or rescheduling of all services. If book an appointment for the same day, please notify us at least two hours in advance if you wish to cancel. Without 24 hours notice, we will charge you 30% of the fee. Just give us a call so that we can easily rebook your appointment.Thanks.

Free customer parking

We are located on the east side of Yonge Street, 3 blocks north of Eglinton Ave. Our parking space is located off the first laneway on the north side of Erskine Ave, across the street from Starbucks inbetween the food market and bakery store. Drive almost to the end of the driveway and look for the purple and white sign on the right side towards the end of the lot that says Lavender Day Spa. Please park right in front of our sign.
